Gaze at the stars and hear the waves as they crash onto the shore when you stay at Mitchell, a beautiful vacation home located near the beach at milepost 5.25 in the trendy town of Kill Devil Hills. This home is well-equipped for a vacation group of eight and includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds and flat-screen TVs, as well as 2 additional bedrooms with twin beds and ocean vistas.
Mitchell is conveniently located 50 feet away from a direct community, non-public beach access. This location is ideal for families looking for less busy beaches that are still in the central part of town. You will need to cross Rte.12 (the beach road) to reach the beach. Wake up in the morning and appreciate the striking sunrises while sipping on your morning coffee, or just savor the spectacular ocean vistas from the living area all day long. With just steps to the beach, you’ll be appreciating the sand between your toes and the ocean breeze on your face.
Outside, enjoy the covered picnic area ideally set up to host your own family corn hole beanbag tournament or wash off in the enclosed outdoor shower after a calming day at the beach.
