Located on the 1st floor just steps from Kill Devil Hills sandy beaches, adventure and relaxation will always be close at hand. Check out the local golf courses (Nags Head Golf Links or Seascape) or discover attractions such as the Wright Brothers Memorial Park to find something for everybody. Take your morning cup of coffee out onto the balcony and connect to the complimentary WiFi to snap a few photos. The full-size, private washer/dryer will take care of the laundry while you lounge in the central A/C. This property also offers an outside dumb waiter to lift groceries and suitcases to the first level.

Treat everybody to a nighttime out at Kill Devil Grille, a local favorite restaurant that is right next door. Of course, if you'd rather prepare your meals, the kitchen is completely supplied and has all the appliances, tools, and space you might need to prepare anything from fast breakfasts to a huge dinner.   • Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental. Store the manager's information in your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, television set or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent a lot of issues.
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are away, just like you would at home.

  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
