Located on the second floor of the Sand Castle complex in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this appealing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal living.
Upon entering the home, you're greeted with a light and airy space, to make you feel right at home. Kick back and relax on the comfortable couches in the living room where you can relax after a busy day exploring the area or playing in the surf. The condo has two comfortable bedrooms, providing plenty space for up to four guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and has vistas of the ocean and features an en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and is ideal for additional guests. Take a invigorating dip in the community pool, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
