Constructed in 2013 and meticulously maintained, Sawyer's Sandcastle is a striking coastal bungalow that still looks and feels like new construction. The oceanside location means you'll be just a short walk to Asheville Drive public beach access - less than 500 feet from the home! After a day of fun in the sun, come home and relax in the comfortably furnished great room with wood floor and a coastal-inspired color palette. The 9' ceilings and an open-concept layout make the space feel bright and airy. When you're not dining out, prepare meals at home in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating for two. At the end of the nighttime, getaway to the top-level primary suite with king bed and spa-like private bath.
Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a second full bath. There's also a cavernous den with pull-out couch that can be used as an additional hangout space or for alternative sleeping arrangements.
