Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills at MP 7 in the Sea Holly Ridge neighborhood! It's a short distance (0.3 of a mile) to the close by shopping center that has Belk, Food Lion, and eateries (Max's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria, NY Bagels, and China King)! It's roughly 0.6 of a mile to the nearest beach access and 0.4 of a mile to the Bay Drive multi use path where you can walk or bicycle with vistas of the sound! The movie theater is a fast 3 min. drive and the Wright Brothers National Memorial is roughly a 5 min. drive away! The property offers four bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, and 2 Twins) and two of those are primary bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) with full bathrooms! The third bathroom is located in the hallway on the second floor. The living space is open concept with enough seating for the whole family! There's plenty of space under the home for calming or you can soak up the sun on the cavernous deck! There's enough parking for up to 5 cars (4 in the driveway and 1 under the home). Out back, you will find a charcoal grille, outdoor shower, and a entirely fenced in backyard! NOTE: SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED; PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
