"Peace, Appreciate and Sandy Feet" says it all at this semi-oceanfront vacation rental just across the street from Oregon Ave beach access. It says 'PEACE' from the top deck with a partial ocean view to watch the sunrise as you appreciate your morning coffee. You get amenities and location all in one at this beach property. Just walk across the street for a day on the beach or take some time to let the kids play in your own private pool while you savor the hot tub. It says 'LOVE' for the whole family to spend precious time together! Everyone will enjoy the two covered porches, one with a swing, and one with seating that overlooks the pool. Inside the ground level rec room offers a full-size pool table and kitchenette with full refrigerator and under counter ice maker for simple access from the beach or pool. It says, “SANDY FEET” because you are so close to the beach you will be spending most of the day there in the sun and surf. Savor meals outside on the top level covered porch, or at the pool area with a great grilling area close by. 'Peace, Adore and Sandy Feet' is located in Kill Devil Hills located with peaceful streets close by so bring your bicycles or rent them from across the street. You can walk to beach stores, deli, multiple eateries, ice cream, gifts, you name it, it's close! If the kids have tons of energy and tire of the beach, drive less than 5 mins. just across to the west side to community tennis, an outdoor skate park, or bicycle along miles and miles of bicycle paths around the Wright Brothers Memorial National Park, peaceful neighborhoods and along the sound. Really fit? Keep on going through the Nature Conservancy packed dirt roads. Pier fishing is a couple miles in either direction for your choice of fishing fun or just walking out over the water after a great family mealtime. Other family activities within mins. are putt-putt, movies, go carts. . .or just watching the sunset from the Wright Memorial. This location offers tons of outside fun at no additional charge! All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
