The pub, rec room, and theater room will offer great indoor activities and for outdoor fun head to the pool area where you can float in the pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee), relax in two hot tubs and a cabana that offers a sitting area, full-sized refrigerator to keep snacks and beverages close by and a cooktop. The elevator access makes it simple to move from each level and bring in groceries and suitcases. Take advantage of the roomy decks to catch some rays and gaze at the ocean and appreciate the salty air and ocean breeze.

NCDOT operates three stormwater ocean outfalls in the Town of Kill Devil Hills. These stormwater outfalls were installed in the early 1960s. They allow rainwater to drain away from the lower areas between the highways of U.S. 158 and N.C. 12, which assists with flood prevention. (See photo gallery) The town recommends not swimming within 200 ft of this pipe.The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality regularly monitors the outfall sites and collects water samples to ensure there are no contaminants that would threaten human or marine life.

If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
