This home is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Kill Devil Hills. KDH is rich with history; it's the site of the Wright Brothers National Memorial, commemorating the siblings' four powered airplane flights in the Wright Flyer. This museum is located just 5 mins. from the home.

This home's location is ideal as it is close to shopping, eateries, ice cream spots, mini golf, the Avalon Pier, Jockey's Ridge State Park and more. Take a drive down south via 12S with the ocean on one side and the sound on the other - take a lighthouse tour at the Bodie Island Lighthouse, and then head down to Cape Hatteras for another lighthouse tour, then take the ferry to Ocracoke. Head over to Manteo for the a tour of the Aquarium!
