“Let's Do Sunset” is the ideal name for this adorable bungalow! Boasting a great pool area with Tiki Bar and shining pool, the sunset vistas from the rooftop deck are definitely alluring! Rent bicycles or bring your own, because this established local neighborhood has peaceful streets and miles of bicycle paths along the sound for beautiful vistas. Located on the west side, near the sound, there is plenty of complimentary parking at beach accesses all along Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills to take advantage of for a day on the beach. Meanwhile, when the day on the beach is done, you will have a peaceful, striking and enchanting refuge for your family to appreciate. The kitchen has beadboard cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and quality countertops. The décor is beachy bungalow chic. Bedrooms have quality linens, pretty décor, and LCD TV's.

This is a good selection for families because of the peaceful streets and gorgeous neighborhood to savor while walking. Plenty of decks and the gated pool deck make it painless to relax. Additional amenities details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Family Animals are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
