Ground Level: The exterior of this level really goes "Beyond Paradise"! The poolside cabana features an air conditioned full-size kitchen, patio with a dining table as well as bar seating that overlooks the pool area. A huge sauna and air conditioned full bathroom are connected to the patio area. The cavernous (40 foot wide) pool features fresh lounge furnishings and plenty of space for all! Play all day in the private pool, with waterfall feature and a sitting area with a bubbler. 2 hot tubs next to the pool to warm up for the evening. From the pool area there is a private walkway over the dune to the beach with two outdoor showers and foot washes for rinsing the sand off on the way back. Upon entering the inside of the home, luxury immediately greets you in the grandiose entryway which extends from the ground floor all the way to the top level, where you'll notice a handsome chandelier. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 100 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $3000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.
