The Outer Banks vacation rental home "II Vistas" is located at 110 Sutton Avenue in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina at Mile Post 8. This bungalow has a lot of amenities and VERY painless beach access.

Ground Level: Offers an additional private room with a separate exterior entrance from the main home (no interior access to the top level). This room offers 2 Single Beds, TV/VCR, a full bathroom and a beach storage room with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD/VCR, dining room seating 8 with deck access combined with the kitchen area, full hall bathroom, Queen Master Bedroom with TV and private bath, Bedroom with 2 Singles and a Queen Bedroom.

Extras: 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, high-speed wireless internet, washer/dryer, charcoal grille, ceiling fans, enclosed outside shower, high chair, pack-n-play, picnic table, parking for 4 cars, sun deck and deck furnishings. No Smoking. NO FAMILY PETS. Full week units only.

Linens and towels are NOT supplied but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $200.00 not including tax or bed making service.
