Some of the must see attractions while staying on the Barrier Islands include the Wild Mustang Horses, Historic Lighthouses, Parasailing, Charter Fishing, Putt-putt golf, Golf courses, Jockeys Ridge State Park, Wright Brothers National Monument, Roanoke Island's Lost Colony outdoor theater, NC Aquarium, and the Elizabeth II.
