Crystal Cove is a freshly constructed home with private saltwater pool located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. The oceanside location makes getting to the beach safe and painless, with the Clark Street public access located just a four-min. walk away. Back at the home, the finishes, furnishings and decor have all been thoughtfully selected for quality and comfort. Beach-friendly LVP floor runs throughout the entire home, and all four bedrooms include ensuite baths for plenty of privacy. The elevator is ideal for guests with mobility needs or for sending suitcases and groceries to the upper levels.
After a day of fun in the sun, come home to the open-concept great room where you can kick back and relax with family and friends. This comfortably furnished gathering space features vaulted ceilings, a coastal-inspired shiplap accent wall and access to a covered deck overlooking the private pool. When you're not trying one of the awesome close by eateries, embrace your inner chef in the well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a sizable island with bar seating. At the end of the nighttime, getaway to the top-level primary king bedroom and opulent ensuite bath with dual vanities, bespoke tiled walk-in shower. Downstairs, the mid-level consists of two additional king ensuites along with a bunk bedroom. There's also a comfortable den where you can curl up with a book or watch a movie. Downstairs, the ground level has been set up for the ultimate outdoor living experience. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Kill Devil Hills vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
