If you're looking for a comfortable, centrally-located condo that's just a short walk to the beach, as well as many local eateries and stores, then OBX Magic is the place for you!

Spend your days taking leisurely walks on the impressive beaches of Kill Devil Hills, just 500 feet from your front door. Afterwards, cool off poolside in the enormous community pool. Grille up dinner and dine al fresco at the community picnic area. If you're not in the mood for cooking, grab some fish tacos at Bonzer Shack, or a delicious pizza at Dare Devil's, just 450 ft from Sun Dune Village. Due to its convenient central location in the heart of KDH, you will never need to go far to experience all that the Outer Banks has to offer!

The Sun Dune Village community pool is open from May 18th - September 22nd, 2024. The pool is open from 9 AM to dusk. Please note community pool dates are subject to change depending on state regulations and county guidelines.

This home includes credit for $245 in beach gear units from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 4th and October 19th, 2025 (7-nighttime minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!

About the Area

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this condo is by the sea. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Monument to a Century of Flight are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Destination Fun and OBX Laser Tag. Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf are also worth visiting. With surfing/body boarding and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
