A sizable beach front, while the protective dune and the architecture combine to give you a feeling like you have heaven all to yourself. The Interior was completely refreshed in 2018. Striking waterproof laminate floor, bespoke cabinets and granite countertops. All new appliances and well supplied kitchen make it a joy to prepare in. The entire Condo is an painless cleaning, maintenance complimentary, must see. The pool is steps away from your front door. The dune deck has all new handrails and stairs, the pool was resurfaced spring of 2020. Quick beach access from the pool area and across the dune deck. All you have to do is come and savor all there is to offer. There are 2 bedrooms with new carpeting. The Master bedroom has 2 closets, 1 with a vanity area. The 2 bathrooms downstairs with all new Vanities, lighting and floor. All new 2018 heating and air, Water heater, windows, siding, roof and decks. Comes entirely furnished as pictured. Includes a library of books and board games. There are eateries and shopping all around. Walk to dinner or appreciate a nice bicycle ride. Local attractions so close you can see them from the dune deck: Wright Brothers memorial, Nags head Woods nature Preserve, Nags Head Fishing Pier to the south and Avalon Fishing Pier to the north. Also close by are, Jockey's Ridge and Jeanette's Pier. Bed linens are supplied. All you need to bring are towels.
