Your search has come to an end with 'Paradise Found'! This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath semi-oceanfront home is gorgeously constructed, expertly modernized, and is located in the heart of the Outer Banks. You'll sip your coffee on the sun deck overlooking the majestic Atlantic. You can play all day in the private pool or take a short 2-min. walk to the beach! In the evenings, rest your bones in the bubbly hot tub after you've appreciated a charcoal-grilled meal of your favorite fish filets!

This attractively appointed grandiose top level has an open floor plan with soaring cathedral ceilings that frame a 180-degree view of the beach directly across the street. The upstairs living area has enormous bay windows that let in tons of natural light. You won't have any trouble finding everything you need to create culinary masterpieces in the refreshed luxury kitchen. The dining area has a table that seats up to 10 people via a handsome teal wraparound booth and chairs. The top-level sun deck overlooks the ocean—ideal for creating OBX memories you'll want to recreate year after year. The top-level also sports a King Master bedroom with vistas overlooking the patio and pool. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, a complimentary-standing soaking/jet tub, and a separate opulent glass walk-in shower.

The ground floor holds a video game rec room where you'll have loads of laughs and good times! The rec room has a full-sized refrigerator, a pull-out couch bed, and sliding glass doors to the outside patio. All family members will appreciate the full-size 60-game video arcade system. Appreciate some friendly competition with a card game on the 2-in-1 reversible poker/game top, or watch TV in the casual seating area. There's also a full bath with an attached laundry room.

When it is time to call it a nighttime, you can ride the elevator to the 4 cavernous bedrooms located on the mid-level. Three of the rooms have Queen Beds with ceiling fans and the fourth room has Two Twin Bunk Bed Sets. Two full bathrooms service this level. All of the bedrooms contain HDTVs. Need some peaceful time? The mid-level covered deck will be ideal for appreciating the mid-day sea breeze.
