Take a step back in time and stay at this classic Outer Banks bungalow - constructed in 1947! It has been freshly modernized uncovering original wood floors while adding a touch of today's style for comfort. The home accommodates 10 people which includes 5 full bedrooms with original wood walls and a bit of ocean view from the upstairs bedrooms windows. The living room is extremely comfortable with a giant TV with roku streaming. There is an all season/sunroom off of the living area that hosts a second den and TV with a roku and a Ninendo 64 with all the classic games. On the other side of the sunroom is a 2-person pac-man (and other arcade games) machine and a cute eat-in bar seating with a pass-thru to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with ample cabinets entirely supplied with everything you need and all new stainless appliances, including a new deep 50/50 stainless sink. The dining room is light and airy with a elegant table that seats 10. There is a mud room off of the kitchen with a full washer and dryer and a bench with hooks above for towels. The back door will lead you to a fenced-in yard for privacy and your furry friends - including outdoor seating, a gas grille, and cornhole boards. The real draw of the property is the beach access! Step out on the front porch and see the sand directly across the street. Literally steps away from putting your feet in the Atlantic! In addition to that, there are many things to walk to: Stop n Shop Deli, Pirate's Souveniers, and Diary Queen. A very short drive to unlimited eateries and stores, this home is in a prime location! If you really want to have a classic OBX vacation, come stay at Oregon's Corner! You won't be in another mini-mansion, you will be in a rare, timeless beach bungalow sure to make the best memories!
