Fish-N-Time-N-Sunshine couldn't be more conveniently located and we just added a new hot tub! Check out our listing pics to see some of the great spots that are close by! Our home has been freshly modernized to give it a fresh new look! We brought in new furnishings indoors and out, refreshed lighting, fixtures and ceiling fans, installed new cedar shakes, and added other amenities to ensure our guests have a marvelous, restful get-a-way. We even updated the outdoor shower! We want you to really feel like you are at your home away from home, and hope you appreciate the new facelift as much as we do!

Our home is a handsomely constructed semi-oceanfront 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath getaway from the daily grind. Just one block off the ocean, early risers will find yourselves appreciating enchanting morning sunrises from the decks. Or appreciate a exhilarating drink while you catch a moonrise over the ocean. We have a dry entry under the home, convenient for unloading your essentials on arrival. Head upstairs to the mid level to find all 4 bedrooms; 2 Queen rooms, each with a shared full bath and sliders that open to covered decks on the ocean side of the home; a third Queen room, a fourth bedroom with a twin over full bunkbed set, a 2nd full bath with laundry area. The beds are all newly made for your arrival with exception to the upper bunk.

On the top floor are the living, dining, and kitchen areas along with a half bath. Sliders in the dining and living areas open to a partially covered deck with new furnishings for those days you want to savor your meals outside! Cathedral ceilings offer an open, airy feel with tons of natural light streaming in. We have a entirely equipped kitchen that joins the dining room, with island seating in between. Included are dishes, cookware, cutlery, barware, & glassware for your every culinary need. Appliances include a blender, standard coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, electric range & oven, toaster, & refrigerator/freezer with ice maker.

Our charming semi-oceanfront home is a ideal choice for visitors with its proximity to shopping, eateries, arts, sightseeing, boating, fishing, bird watching, jet skiing, surfing, kite boarding & eco tours; many are in walking distance! We've tried to think of every detail so you can have the ultimate restful, calming vacation and make memories that will last a lifetime.

We want you everybody to have a excellent, relaxing hideaway in our Outer Banks home! Part of ensuring the same experience for everybody relies on our housekeepers, inspection personnel, and maintenance repair personnel being able maintain the home in tip top shape for you and your family. They do a amazing job of making sure everything is done during a very short window. Check-out time is 10 am and departure instructions are supplied in your welcome letter and are also located on the refrigerator. Check-in time is set for 4 pm to allow them the time they need to prepare the home for your arrival.

We understand that there are times when you may need an early check-in time. We are happy to offer guaranteed early check-in if you have confirmed & paid for this additional service 2 weeks prior to arrival. This payment accepts us to compensate our home staff for prioritizing our home for your early arrival at 1 pm. As a courtesy to our service vendors, we ask that you please do not park at the home, drop off personal items, or ask our vendors if the home is ready yet if you do not choose to coordinate a guaranteed early check-in. We enjoy your understanding as we prepare our home for your hideaway!
