Take It Easy is within close walking distance of shops, restaurants, and most importantly the beach! Getting to the beach approximately 1500' away is extremely convenient thanks to an abundance of crosswalks on the beach road. This unit has two designated parking spaces, with one under the complex to provide a dry-entry. The home provides internet access so you can stay connected to loved ones from a distance.

In 2024, the community pool was open from May 4th to September 29th. Opening and closing dates for 2025 will be provided when made available by the HOA.
