NEW TO KEES for 2025! Are you ready for a calming oceanfront vacation in the heart of Kill Devil Hills? This pretty beachfront home is ideal for making memories on the Outer Banks. There is a walkway that takes you right to the ocean! Spend hours on the second-level deck watching and listening to the waves crash along the shore.
Upon entering the property, the nautically designed living space will instantly make you feel at home. The second level contains the living area with a light and airy feel as well as an extraordinary view of the ocean. Appreciate the bar stool seating while you visit the chef cooking in the full kitchen also on this level. The dining area seats six and again, there is a great view of the ocean.
Grab your coffee in the morning and step outside on the huge deck to catch an impressive Outer Banks sunrise. For the late-nighters of the group, they may want to stay in the Queen bedroom on this level. For convenience, there is a full bathroom here as well.
Venturing up the unique staircase to the third level, you will find another Queen Bedroom, a bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, and a bedroom with 2 Queen Beds. The room with the 2 Queen Beds has access to a private third-level deck. There is another full bathroom up here as well. The group will find an ample amount of space at Summer Days to stay comfortably.
After a day at the beach, use the enclosed outdoor shower on the first level to wash the sand off. Throw your towels into the washer and dryer also on this level.
This vacation rental is conveniently located near eateries, stores, and activities. You can even see the Wright Brothers Memorial from the home!
For those who want to vacation with other family and/or friends, be sure to check out Summer Nights, the sister home on the same side of the street as Summer Days! There is plenty of parking to include boats and trailers!
Summer Days is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.
