Sunset Xcape is a newly constructed end-unit townhome located directly on the water in the private community of Colington Pointe. The thoughtfully designed layout utilizes a reverse floor plan to take full advantage of the amazing sound vistas and beautiful sunsets. The open-concept great room provides direct access to the sun deck for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Three roomy bedrooms each have access to a private bath, ensuring privacy for everybody in your group.

Colington Pointe is a gorgeous soundfront community designed for life on the water. Guests have access to a community pool, boat ramp, canals, and a waterfront boardwalk. When you're ready to hit the beach, hop in the car and take a seven-min. drive to the Ocean Bay Blvd. public beach access which includes a bath home and plenty of complimentary parking. On your way home, stop for dinner at The Colington Cafe or pick up the fresh catch of the day from Billy's Seafood Market.

About the Area

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Destination Fun and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Outer Banks Beaches and Nags Head Woods Preserve.
