Sand Flee: Oceanfront condo in Kill Devil Hills located on the first level of the building with gorgeous ocean vistas and access to the community pool!

Feel the best sunrises and sounds from the ocean at Sand Flee, a appealing two-bedroom, two-bath condo with spectacular ocean vistas. Start your day with your cup of coffee on the covered deck and relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic, and maybe catch a glimpse of dolphins playing in the surf. The great room has two comfortable couches and a flatscreen TV for watching your favorite movies, sports, or TV shows. The kitchen is completely equipped to prepare some delicious meals and with an island bar with seating for two and a dining table with seating for 4 everybody can dine together and share their adventures and memories for the day. The queen en suite offers ocean vistas and deck access and a second bedroom features two twin beds. The dedicated beach path makes beach access simple where you can spend the day surfing, swimming, collecting shells, or just basking in the sun or take a splash in the community pool.

Beach Access: Sand Castle Community has a private beach access for guests staying in the community located directly behind building! Just a fast walk down the steps behind complex and use cleared path across the dunes.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Animals. Parking for 2 cars. Community pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. (Opening and closing dates are subject to change due to weather and pool management company.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
