Say hello to Beaching Good Time, a cavernous, bespoke-constructed home in the heart of Kill Devil Hills off of West Third Street. There will be no dull days on this vacation, with the beach, shopping, and eateries all within a few min.'s drive or walking distance from your front door. Or better yet, rent bicycles or a golf cart and leave the car parked at the home. When you want to keep the fun at home base, the backyard is outfitted with a pool, hot tub, gas grille, and an outdoor shower to rinse off sandy toes and bathing suits.

*The entry (ground) level features a game room with a TV, foosball table, a "additional" bedroom with a full-size bed, a full bathroom with shower, a laundry room, and a full-size refrigerator.

*The second level has the living room, an office nook, decking with outdoor lounge furnishings, a roomy, entirely supplied kitchen with an island, and a dining room with a sizable dining table and seating for 10 and a half bath. The first master bedroom is also located on the second level, with a private balcony, king-size bed, walk-in closet, and full en suite bath with a jetted whirlpool tub and separate shower.

*The third level has three bedrooms. The second is another master with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bath with a jetted whirlpool tub and shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth has two sets of bunk beds. The fourth full bathroom is also on this level and has a shower/tub combination.

*All bedrooms except the ground level have intelligent TVs with streaming. (You use your accounts.) We do NOT have cable TV.

*The pool is open from April 1-October 15- weather permitting. (The pool is not heated.) The six-person hot tub is available and serviced year-round.

PET OWNERS PLEASE READ:
*Dogs must be approved in advance and added to the guest count when making your reservation. Two dogs max.. Dogs must be up to date on flea medications and rabies vaccine, friendly, home trained, and are not to left alone in the home unattended or uncrated for long periods of time. Pet owners MUST clean up after their dog(s) both inside the home and in the yard. DO allow family pets on furnishings - pet hair on furnishings or linens will require additional cleaning costs.

*Parking is only allowed in the driveway and in the designated area next to the driveway. The max. number of cars is 4.

*We provide bath towels and linens for the beds. We also provide a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels in each bathroom. Guests are responsible for any further needs.

*While rare, internet and weather related power outages do happen and are beyond our control.

*Pool, spa, and lawn vendors are independent contractors and come on their schedule.
