Step Back In Time With This Classic Ocean Front Outer Banks Home
From its rich wooden walls to its enchanting 'mud room' and magnificant vistas, this timeless home lets you relive a bygone era. But don't think you have to 'rough it' just because you appreciate the past. Far from it in fact. This home features every modern convenience, such as a dishwasher, central heat and air, and flat screen TVs with DVD players.
One of the most unique features of this storied home is its massive bedrooms. Far from being just a 'room with a bed' in it, these bedrooms are complete worlds all by themselves. Bedrooms haven't been this big in nearly a century. Upstairs, you have the main 'kids area' or second family room. It features a reading nook, two bigger beds, a full sitting area complete with TV, and still plenty of room leftover to play and live.
Did I mention the view? They don't build homes this close to the beach anymore. And they certainly don't build such cavernous decks anymore either. The dining area, living area, and more has a ideal view of the ocean. You can spend the entire day on the beach and let the kids run back and forth all day without worry. After all, it's only a few feet away. The deck is the ideal place to curl up with your book while the kids build a sandcastle on the beach. You can also fall asleep listening to the waves lapping on the beach and wake to the sun rising over the ocean.
There are plenty of eateries close by. You can grab a bite at Chilli Peppers, within walking distance of this home, and Awful Arthur's is also mins. away. You are also close to the Avalon Fishing Pier, where you can spend all day fishing. Boutique shopping and historic sites like Wright Memorial are also close by.
Located next to property #421 Wade for families who need more than one home.

Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
