Baywood has been newly remodeled with new floor, interior & exterior paint, a new fence for you & your furbabies, as well as furnishings additions! This home is a handsomely constructed 2 bedroom, 2 bath soundfront piece of heaven. Included with your rental are 2 beachcruisers, tandem kayak, and a canoe you can launch from the property dock. An outside shower is available as well as a gas grille, firepit, & a dock. My charming soundfront home is an elegant choice to vacation with its proximity to shopping, eateries, arts, sightseeing, laser tag, boating, fishing, bird and bear watching, jet skiing, surfing, kite boarding & eco tours.
Baywood is located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, surrounded by bicycle & walking paths and less than a mile from the beach. The new Bay Drive bicycle path which runs for miles and to the Wrights Memorial is right at the edge of the driveway. Bring your boat, Dock Street boat launch is 1/10 of a mile from the home. While the home is soundfront, the tidal range (water depth) only permits canoeing and kayaking directly from the property.
There is a entirely equipped eat in kitchen which includes dishes, cookware, cutlery, barware, & glassware for your every culinary need. Appliances include a blender, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, gas range & oven, toaster oven, & refrigerator/freezer with ice & water in the door.
