UNLIMITED OCEAN VIEW'S-Gorgeously designed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home 30 second walk to the beach. Feel the ocean breeze and watch the sunrise from the front of the home and the sunset from the back. 4th of July week, savor watching fireworks from surrounding Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head and Manteo WITHOUT LEAVING THE HOME!!
Main level includes open living/dining/kitchen concept with sound system for the 55" Samsung TV including COMPLIMENTARY WiFi to stream your favorite programs.
The kitchen has everything (including spice rack) you could imagine to create a gourmet meal. The dining table seats 8 comfortably along with the kitchen bar that seats 3.
Each Bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with bath & hand towels supplied. The beds are SUPER comfortable with fresh Quality cotton linens and pillows. They also include Samsung SMART TV'S, dresser, closet/hangers, chair, ceiling fan, and PRIVATE access to one of the many decks/porches.
In the second living room (Media room) there is plenty of space to hang out on a rainy day and watch DVD's (broad collection available) or relax your tired muscles by sitting in the 2-person infra-red Sauna!
We provide a FULL-SIZE washer and dryer in the half bath located on the main living level. Savor UNLIMITED hot water compliments of our tankless water heater.
Going to the beach is a breeze using our Wheel-eez beach cart to carry ALL of your beach necessities over the dune beach access. Be sure to fill your coolers with the ICE MACHINE located under the home. YES, we provide TWO COMPLIMENTARY ICE MACHINES!
We have beach toys, boards and some chairs. Please bring your favorite beach chair & umbrella to ensure your comfort. We cannot vouch for what remains from week to week but haven't had any problems in years past. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS (you will incur a fee if Bath towels are used at the beach or missing)
There are two stationary charcoal grilles with charcoal chimney and grilling silverware supplied. You must provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid if there is none under the home from the previous guests.
To get you started so you don't have to leave the home after check-in, we provide, one roll of toilet paper in EVERY (6) bathroom, one roll of paper towel, two huge trash bags, a few dishwasher tabs, liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap and trashcan liners in every bedroom/bathroom. This is a single-story family home therefore events/events are prohibited.
