Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an enclosed outside shower, charcoal grille and parking for 6 cars. Inside you'll find an "In Law" Suite with a Bedroom with 2 Single Beds, TV and a full private bathroom. This suite has a separate outside entrance, not connected to the main home.
Top Level: Offers the great room with TV and access to the Oceanside wide decks with ocean vistas. Dining room seating 8 and freshly modernized kitchen. Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom and a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Trundle that shares a hall bath with a Queen Bedroom. West side deck access at the end of the hall.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

- Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer is high season in the Kill Devil Hills area. Booking your Kill Devil Hills vacation rental in Spring or Fall is an excellent way to save on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes.
