We loved our stay!! The house was clean and the location was perfect! The pool was perfect for the kids! Maintenance was quick to come out and cut the grass so we could use the backyard. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress in the master bedroom as it is very very loud and squeaky just getting in and out of it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though and cannot wait to come back next year!

This was my birthday trip and we decided on the outer banks , I couldn’t be happier with the place we choose to stay in! It was very clean and very nice , everything we needed was there , absolutely amazing area and such a great location to everything around, I am definitely recommending to all my friends and I can’t wait to be back next year!

Had a great stay here!
Pros; The space was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Bedrooms and closets were large. It was nice to have the “social” space on the first floor and the bedrooms on the second floor. Location is great for easy access to the main road/restaurants/things to do. Highly recommend the brewery down the street, Outer Banks Brewing Co. Lots of towels provided. Great laundry and kitchen. Great response time from company!
Cons; There’s a bit of lack of communication between the property management company and the pool. The listing stated the pool would be open thru the end of September, and then upon booking we were told it would be closed. Come to find out it’s open every day 11-7 this time of year (mid September). The only other con being the beds. They have the loudest, most obnoxious squeaking noise with every single move you make.
Overall a wonderful experience!

Wonderful location and cute home
The spot was perfect. The pool was lots of fun with stuff for every age to do. The house was so cute and very clean. We would definitely rent this one out again!

My time at the kee was awesome. I went there with six of my sisters on a sisters trip. The place was very clean very welcoming home. Everything was just awesome. I had a great time. I would definitely recommend this place for someone to go that you can lay down in a clean, beautiful decorated place.

June 2023 Stay
This property was very nice, clean, convenient to many areas. The bedrooms and closets were very spacious. The access to the pool area The only negatives we experienced is that none of the soap dispensers supplied from Kees worked in the property, despite being totally full of soap. Would recommend bringing your own soap for all bathrooms, showers, kitchen. Also, the outdoor shower had no water (maybe it is not hooked up yet).

This was our first time in OBX. We found a Kees property online and gave it a try. We were very impressed with the property. It was nicer than expected. We loved the community and the property was spotless. Booking was simple and we loved the keypad access. It was simple and easy without worrying about picking up keys. We had a great experience.

Beautiful, updated, extremely clean, close to everything and the hidden jewel is the neighborhood private dock overlooking an expansive natural area, bay and marsh to enjoy gorgeous sunsets.

Had an very good 6 night stay. The cottage was spotlessly clean, stylish, comfortable, in a great location, and the household basics were provided, which we only needed to supplement with a few extras. Having an attached garage for the car was very convenient.

It was great
I would absolutely come back here again. Like some other comments though we didn't like the auto sensor in the bathroom. It faces straight to the bed so if someone needs to go to the rr in the middle of the night the light is going to turn on before you even get in the door. The other is that I never received the welcome email and had to call to get it. Other than those it was a great long weekend getaway that was pretty easy.

Great place, will come back.
This property and community was perfect for what I needed. For someone not interested in staying/paying for an on the beach stay this is ideal. The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The house was great, very clean. Perfect for a large family or a group. The community pool was great for the kids. The pools weren't large but there was a slide which kept the kids happy. there was also a lazy river/hot tub for us adults. Our only problem was check in. We were supposed to receive a welcome email with our house key code but never did. However, customer service quickly answered my call and sent the email. Check in/Check out time is mon negotiable. I will definitely consider this property in the future.
