Can’t miss a workout while you are on vacation? CrossFit Outer Banks is your stop for deadlifts, box jumps, burpees, pull ups and all your favorite Crossfit routines!  Daily, weekly or monthly gym memberships are available, as well as punch cards for 10 classes. Membership includes access to the gym 24-hours a day, seven days a week! If you prefer to work out on your own, you can also purchase guest gym usage by the day or week.

Trainer and Owner of CrossFit Outer Banks, Tracey Maurice, will put you through a challenging workout routine that will get you strong and sculpted. Tracy is an ex-gymnast, tri-athlete, and volleyball competitor with several years of experience as a Certified Instructor. Her gym is large, air-conditioned and offers an extensive selection of equipment and machines.

Sample daily routines are the “Fran,” which includes thrusters and pull ups, or the “Sweet 16,” which includes a parking lot run, push ups, pull ups, box jumps, sit ups, body squats, rows and burpees. All Crossfit training classes last approximately one hour.

The gym offers something for every level of fitness. In addition to a daily schedule of classes, Crossfit Outer Banks offers an introductory program, a 12-week program and personal training options for reaching your fitness goals.

Special rates are available in the summer for students. During the summer, a special “Kids Club” is offered for children ages 5-12.
